WASHINGTON – On April 22, 2009, the House Agriculture Subcommittee on General Farm Commodities and Risk Management held a hearing to review agricultural producers’ views on the effectiveness and operations of the Federal crop insurance program.  Representative Jim Marshall of Georgia chaired the hearing.
